I am a post graduate in food science and nutrition and qualified candidate of ICAR (Indian council of agriculture research) exam. I am a holistic nutritionist with 13+years’ experience who brings in expertise from India’s best and renowned slimming and fitness company like VLCC healthcare limited. My research was based on the development of soya-based health food for menopausal women which showed a remarkable positive impact on health. Research papers have been published in the Indian journal of nutrition and dietetics. Presented a research paper “fabrication of soya-based health food and its impact on climacteric symptoms of perimenopausal women” at national level in nutrition society of India conference at Chennai November 2008.

Presently I am working with different fitness centres as a visiting consultant and also freelancing offline and online. I am passionate about social work and want to create awareness about wellness in society. To accomplish my passion, I am connected with a few NGOS. I am also Gujarat state president of WICCI (women’s Indian council of commerce and industries) council of holistic wellness and resorts. I always like to connect with people as I think without connection you can’t understand a person. I accompany my clients in their health journey and navigate them throughout to achieve optimum health.
