During the Pandemic Dr. Sagareeka Roy Bhatia, representing NISARG worked with 100+ senior citizens engaging them through free hand exercises on Bhajans, story telling with moral & values , Another group of Senior citizens was brought alive through a platform on Zoom called 'HAND IN HAND' where a group of seniors were engaged every Tuesday through soulful golden oldies, yoga & meditation sessions, nutrition sessions, housie, antakshari, dum shereds etc realising that during the pandemic these seniors were the most lonely souls and their mental health, wellness was challenged. its a year now since content is being delivered.
