According to Japanese researchers and Indian Ayurveda these diseases can be prevented with diet rich in antioxidants and dietary fibers. Vegetable Juicing is commonly practiced in Indian household during winters when vegetables are economical and good in quality. Myself Ms. Arpita Doshi Innovator and Founder of Nutrition Dynamic Foods LLP Ahmedabad under brand NDF innovates and manufactures Natural Vegetable based beverage premixes using Freeze drying technology as a preventive, instant and convenient solution towards Inflammatory Non Communicable diseases. By end of 2018 10 products attained Indian patent published status out of which 3 instant beverage premixes were deployed in prototype conditions to test in real market. Upon attaining highly positive feedback by 2021 we deployed our 3 innovative beverage premixes under brand NDF namely NDF- Dudhi Jaljeera, NDF- Amrit Jara, NDF - Veggie Oat Soup on leading e- commerce platforms namely Jiomart, Amazon, Flipkart, Tata1mg and are now working in building our distribution channels pan India. Today NDF has its own 100kg/day production unit with FSSAI License, APEDA registered and working towards kosher and Halal certification in order to tap global markets.
