Shweta Jain Sanyal, the founder of connections, hails from Hazaribagh a small town in Jharkhand. She completed her 10th from Mount Carmel school and 12th from ST.Xaviers School Hazaribag, followed by her graduation and post-graduation in Economics from Hazaribagh university. Post her marriage, she moved to Mumbai where she started her journey with Citi corp. Being a small-town girl never stopped her from dreaming big and hence pursued her MBA as well while working and taking care of her family. Post which she switched her career to Recruitment and worked with organizations like Times Jobs in Hyderabad and Adecco in Kolkata.
