Dealing with challenges early in my life has helped me shape into a very strong and resilient person and am standing here today as the CEO of Street Cause , a student run NGO spread into 6 cities in india with 7000+ Workforce, 1.5 CR+ projects, 2CR+ Fundraising every year. Since childhood, I always had a zeal to work for the society and applied to volunteer at Street Cause, the largest student-run NGO in Hyderabad. Initially I was rejected but I never gave up and applied to volunteer at SC People for Animal Welfare wing given my love for animals. Considering my work, I was promoted as the Executive Board Member of SC PAW and simultaneously got an opportunity to work as the organizing committee for Hyderabad Youth Assembly and co-ordinator at SC GRIET. Wanting to do more for the organization, I applied to the Hyderabad Chief Executive Board and was appointed as the President of SC 20-21. As the President, I currently lead 3500+ volunteers, 50+ divisions, 5 units and handle INR 1.5CR+ budget impacting 1L+ people, portfolios of Project Quality, Public relations, Finance, HR & Culture, Alumni relations etc. Despite the pandemic, for the annual fundraiser, I was successfully able to lead a 1400+ member-team and raise INR 52.4L within 50 days for a virtual event. Having gone through traumatic experiences at an early age, I realised the only way I had a shot in life was by channelizing my energy for community service, excellence and not giving up no matter what. And here am today, CEO of an organisation in my 4th year of undergraduate study. Am proud of myself today to take up such huge responsibility at an age of 21.
