• Decision of Awards Management on all matters is final and binding on all Nominees and no correspondence will be entertained on the same
• Nominees and Winners permit free of cost the use of their name and factual information about their participation in the public media (for the build-up to the Awards, during the Awards ceremony and after the Awards ceremony) and do not have any right to any revenues earned through intellectual property rights generated by the Awards, if any
• The Company will not be liable for any claims / disputes made by the Participants, Nominees or Winners in relation to the Award.
• The Company reserves the right to withdraw, or amend these terms at any time and does not take responsibility for any loss or damage that any person or organization may suffer as a result of participating or attempting to participate in the Awards, the Awards being withdrawn or its terms amended.
• The Company cannot and shall not be accountable / liable for any disruptions / stoppages / interruptions or cancellation of the Awards. The Company and its contractors cannot be held responsible for matters out of its control and for force majored reasons.
• Additions, deletions and/or modifications to these Rules are at the discretion of the Company and the Company may make such additions/deletions and/or modifications, at any time before or after the Awards.
• All disputes relating to or arising out of the Awards shall be subject to the laws of India, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction at Ahmedabad, India.
• The Participants, Nominees and Winners agree that they shall hold harmless the Company and Sponsors, its employees, officers, contractors or other persons and shall defend them against any loss, claim, demands, costs, damages, judgments, expenses or liability arising out of or in connection with any or all claims whether or not groundless, that may be brought against the Company by any third party in connection with participation in or winning the Award.
• If Participants are unclear as to the rules or any element of the Awards or experience difficulties of any kind, they can write in their questions, problems or queries to the address given below.
• Upon receipt of your nomination form along with the nomination fee, your nomination will be confirmed. Any cancellation must be received in writing. Under no circumstances the nomination fee will be refunded.
• The business story can be Entrepreneur Journeys, Business News, Press Releases or any article regarding your business update which will be provided ready to publish.
• The candidature and nomination status are subject to cancellation with the discretion of the evaluation team without prior notice.
• Upon the candidacy approval, you may be required to share the documentation proof for the information presented here.
• The nomination will be considered only if the fees have been paid.
• Participating in program, involves submission of a single or multiple award entry by you in award categories chosen at your discretion. Vyapaar Jagat Awards and its judges do not independently verify information contained in your award entry and are relying on you to provide accurate and truthful information in your award entry.
• Your use of our products and programs, including in case of selection of your award entry as a “winner”, is in no way an evaluation, guarantee, warranty, sponsorship, or endorsement of any kind by Vyapaar Jagat Awards, its owners, employees and other characteristics. As such, in no way does Vyapaar Jagat Awards assume any responsibility for the quality, condition, efficacy, suitability, safety, fitness, legality (including applicable patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret laws) or reliability of any product or service produced, manufactured, distributed, sold, offered, rendered or otherwise made available by you. Nor does Vyapaar Jagat Awards assume any responsibility for the workplace conditions personnel, business practices, or other characteristics of your Company. **Interview/business profiling/writing & publishing/Registration/Administration fees are non-negotiable, non-transferable & non-refundable in any circumstances.
• The volume of materials/documents is not important. Documents provided should support what the nominee accomplished and specifically why nominee is deserving of an award.
• Vyapaar Jagat reserves the rights to use all or part of any material (research material, data collected, photographs, news coverage or any other such details) related to Vyapaar Jagat Awards for future use or any publicity campaign.
• Vyapaar Jagat also reserves the rights to cancel any award in a particular category or zone or any of the categories if required. No representation from any of the participants nominating themselves for such award or categories will be entertained.
• Vyapaar Jagat also reserves the rights to cancel or postpone the event in case of non-availability of the celebrity dates or for any other unavoidable reasons. All efforts will be made to update the winners of any such change well in advance.
• Vyapaar Jagat reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any of terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
